We'll reach out within one business day to talk about your lot. In the meantime, take a look at our recent homes.
Every photo is one of our own completed builds.
We walk your land with you and talk through budget, layout, and how you want to live in the home.
Custom drawings and material selections, refined with you until every detail fits the site.
Our crews build on site with regular updates, so you always know where things stand.
A final walkthrough, warranty details, and the keys to a home built for the long run.
The same people who sketch your first floor plan are on site the day the keys are handed over.
We build in a handful of neighborhoods at once, on purpose — so every home gets the attention it deserves.
Most of our clients come to us through past homeowners — the best measure of how a builder treats people.
We build across North and South Carolina, including Charlotte, Pineville, Waxhaw, Weddington, Indian Trail, Mint Hill, Concord, Huntersville, Davidson, Lake Norman, Denver, Lowesville, Belmont, Mount Holly and Gastonia in North Carolina, and Rock Hill, Fort Mill, Indian Land and Clover in South Carolina. If your lot is nearby but not listed, reach out and we'll let you know.
A fully custom home in the Rock Hill area typically takes 10–14 months from groundbreaking to move-in, depending on size and selections. Permitting and material lead times add time before that, and we plan for them up front.
Yes. Every project starts with walking the land — grading, orientation, trees and how the home will sit on the site all shape what's possible and what it will cost.
No. We're design-build: we create custom plans with you. If you already have plans or ideas you love, bring them and we'll work from there.
Talk to us anyway. Knowing what you want to build helps you judge which lots will work — and which ones will cost more to build on than they seem.
A no-pressure conversation with the builder about what's realistic for your land, budget, and timeline.
