- Information you give us when you fill out a form, call, text or email us: your name, email address, phone number, project timeline, lot status and location, and anything you choose to tell us about your project.
- Text message records: if you agree to receive texts, we keep a record of your consent (the date and the wording you agreed to) and the messages exchanged with you.
- Basic technical and advertising information: when you visit our site, we may receive your IP address, browser type and, if you arrived from one of our ads, a click identifier and campaign details. We use Google Ads conversion tracking to understand which ads lead to inquiries.

- To keep an organized record of our conversations with you so we can serve you well.
